Dayton C2 Block Party
Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 12, 2026. Dieringer Development Group is bringing the community together for the Dayton Block Party at 313 Linden Ave. in Dayton, Ohio.
The event runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and is completely free to attend.
This is more than just a block party. We’re bringing local businesses, makers, food trucks, musicians, families, car enthusiasts, and the Dayton community together for an afternoon at Davis & Linden.
What to Expect
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be able to shop from dozens of local vendors, grab food from local food trucks, listen to live music, and explore activities for the whole family.
The event will include:

Touch-a-Fire-Truck

Car Cruise-In
Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the afternoon
Car Cruise-In from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Our Car Cruise-In will take place during the Block Party from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
We’re keeping this one simple: if you love your car, bring it.
Classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, imports, motorcycles, customs, projects and daily drivers are all welcome. The Cruise-In is about getting people together, checking out some great vehicles and enjoying the event.
Shop Local
One of the biggest parts of the Dayton Block Party is giving local vendors and small businesses a place to show off what they do.
You’ll find a mix of handmade goods, clothing, art, gifts, specialty products, local businesses, food and more throughout the event.
If you see something you like, support the person behind the table. Events like this are a chance to discover businesses and creators you may not have found otherwise.
Come Hungry
We’ll also have food trucks on-site throughout the event, so plan on grabbing dinner while you’re here.
Bring some friends, walk through the vendors, listen to the music, check out the cars and make an afternoon out of it.
A Day at Davis & Linden
The Block Party is also an opportunity for us to open up the Davis & Linden property and bring more people into this part of Dayton.
Dieringer Development Group has been working to bring new life, businesses, creative spaces and activity to the property, and events like this are a big part of that vision.
We want Davis & Linden to be a place where people build, make, create, work and gather.
September 12 is a chance to do exactly that.
